Refund policy
At InkPop, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience for customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
- If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, customer can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
- Upon verification, InkPop will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
For Non-Defective Products:
- If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to size issue, he/she can contact us via email(inkpop.25.shop@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification we may process exchange to the customer at no additional cost.
